Steve’s Electric to Present TNT Series Season Opener at Dunn Tire Raceway Park!

PHELPS, NEW YORK (APRIL 13, 2008) Steve’s Electric has partnered to present the April 27th season opener of the Joe’s Transmission TNT Super Series. Owner Steve McCarrick is an IHRA Hot Rod participant himself. “I just want to support the TNT Series,” said Steve. “A lot of work goes into it and it’s nice to be a part of. 2008 looks like a terrific year for the series!”

Steve plans to compete in the TNT 10.90 Super Series during 2008 with the 56 Chevy he’s owned since Dec 1971. “I bought the car as a driver in Oxnard, California for $150 - street raced it for a while with a 301 small block & 4 speed, then slowly started transforming to its current state,” added Steve.

This deal with Steve’s Electric adds to the growing list of TNT partners. Steve's Electric Co. LLC has been in business since July 1976, doing commercial, farming, industrial & residential electrical work. They do complete installation, maintenance & repair. The Joe’s Transmission TNT 10.90 Super Series is based on NHRA’s Super Street & IHRA’s Hot Rod classes. The 8 race series guarantees a minimum of $500 for an event win, pays round money for EVERY round win, has contingency sponsors and offers lucrative yearend rewards. There are only two exceptions to the rulebook – no weight minimum and left-hand drive open-bodied cars are allowed.
